Overview
Domaining is where you buy and sell domain names across the web for profit.

How it Works
You have to use several methods (forums, auction sites, direct contact via whois) to locate domains to buy, and then sell them on for a profit. Anybody on the web can buy and sell .com domain names. Depending on the country you are in you can also buy and sell the domains related to your country E.G .co.uk, .ca

How Much You Can Earn
Quality domains are very valuable and can sell for four and five figure sums. The best way to deal with premium domains is to buy them for as low a price as possible (obviously!) and then spend the next couple of months selling the domain. You need to get as many buyers as possible interested and then run a private auction, this provides the opportunity for a bidding war meaning big profits for you!

Often webmasters looking to launch a new site are looking for a very specific domain because it is vital to branding, if you own a domain somebody really wants and doesn't have much choice but to buy it you can get a higher price for it then you normally would.

Consumer trust is rising all the time in these extensions and more and more are being registered meaning you can't get many good domains for just the reg fee (normally about £5), this pushes the price up for those who already own quality domains.
